Gary, Helen and Daniel  and the team at Garhel Homes have built a successful Building Business on the foundation of listening to clients needs and actively encouraging their envolvement with every aspect of building a home from creating the design to final completion

Gary and Daniel are members of Certified Builders and between them have a wealth of knowledge and competence in the building industry spanning over decades. They have a small team of builders who are Trade Qualified LBPs who take pride in their work and only the best will do.

Gary’s talent in Designing often exceeds people’s expectations of what they think they can achieve and best of all because of the companies  low overheads it doesn’t  mean that its expensive and the design is uniquely yours, clients often comment about Gary’s designs as they always offer a point of difference. This is only one dimension of Gary’s role, he also project manages and at certain stages of the builds he is out there working with the Guys , so being an all rounder he keeps fully up to speed with what’s happening.

Daniel is our site supervisor and works alongside our builders, he is a 3rd generation builder so it’s in his blood. He has exceptionally high standards ( as our staff & subcontractors have found out)

Nothings too much trouble for Dan and clients often comment that he is very informative on site and will offer good suggestions while the building process is moving along.

Helen works in the office and handles all the admin and accounting and client liaison, she is present at all the client meetings and is able to give a female perspective to the planning .

Clients are able to tap into Helens talent with interior design, this is a true passion of Helens and together with close contact with the new homeowners is by far  her favourite part of her work, she will help as much or as little as needed as a service provided by the business.

Our subcontractors are very professional and have been working with us in most cases since we began Garhel Homes, they are like us in that they are owner operated and take full responsibility for their own high work  standards

Because they are not a large home building company they truly have the time to spend one on one with  the clients from onset to completion of their build, often building lasting relationships.
